Why is the ticket face different from what you pay:

Click Picture for
the proof!

I want everyone to understand, I am not in this to make money (See History/Rules Section), so I wanted to make sure everyone understood the $52.00 face value listed on the tickets.  Just like when you purchase tickets from the Cardinals directly, there is a convenience fee we pay.  Then season ticket holder have to pay a yearly licensing fee to retain the season tickets each year.  (The license fee was not mandatory, but when assigned tickets in the new stadium, we would have lost our premium spot and most likely, would have ended up in the upper deck, so paying, is a must. This license fee also makes us a Ballpark Founder, which allows access to the Private 3rd Base Club.)

Item Cost 1-Ticket Both Tickets
Face value $52.00 $104.00
Convenience fee $15.00 $30.00
License Fee $11.00 $22.00
Interest $4.00 $8.00
Total   $164.00

(Same tickets bought from Cardinals directly via Prime Seat 2007, $216.00, and that is before this years price increase.  See picture to the left for proof)

Now I do charge $36 more for the Cubs games, due to high demand, and I use this additional money for the yearly $250 down payment due by the end of the season for the next season.

The cost if an individual would buy them directly from the Cardinals Prime Seat Club as a non-season ticket holder would be $90.00/Ticket plus $18.00 Convenience fee totally $108/ticket… Or $216.00 total for both seats without the season ticket holder discount.   So basically, I am selling them cheaper than the Cardinals themselves sell the tickets to non-season ticket holders.  I have included a screen shot from the Cardinals website, showing the cost of buying my exact seats from them directly as a non-season ticket holder.

Our seats come with access to the Private 3rd Base Club
(Keep your ticket stub, you will need it to get in.)

From our seats, go up the aisle to the first cross walk area, turn left and keep going until you are met with stair leading down.  As you can tell from the pictures, there is no signs...  It's a private area for Ball Park Founders on the 3rd Base Side Only.
Open up the door and walk on in like you own the place.  You will be greeted at the door and they will check your ticket to make sure you belong!  lol.   The club is a great place to get in out of the heat (or cold) along with bathrooms and of course the game is on tv's around the club.

Letters from Friends using our seats

Gary, we went to the August 3rd and 4th games. Even though we lost both games, we had a blast! 2 or 3 balls were hit in our section. When Prince Fielder homered, a fan threw the ball back on the field and my favorite player Scott Spiezio lobbed the ball to me! The seats are perfect and the wind coming into the open stadium was perfect. I want to thank you for continuing to share your seats. This is our 3rd year of getting games from you. Looks like the Cards are playing good ball again...take care!

Hey Gary,
My wife and myself absolutely love using your seats and are so excited about next year.  We went to a game in June against the Indians and Yadier Molina hit a foul ball right to me so this was the first time I ever got to take home a game used souvenir.  Look forward to the upcoming season.  Go Cards Repeat.

This is Amanda M. and I actually have a funny story to report to you about your seats. My fiancé and I went to a cardinals vs cubs game.  We were just sitting there and I remember looking up and here comes a foul ball right in front of me.  Unfortunately we did not catch it but it did hit a little boy in the leg. Needless to say the we ended up losing the game in 14 innings but it was great.   Thanks Gary
Gary,
The seats were amazing!  You said we had a good chance for foul balls in the area, and sure enough, I walked away with a ball!
Rob
Gary,
Thank you very much for the use of your seats, that was the best time I have ever had at a ball game.  Being the sole Barry Bond's fan in the stadium, I had a sign showing my love.  As he walked by every inning, he would look up and nod to me, along with the first inning, I got the double chest pound and he pointed to me.  I've not stopped bragging to me friends yet!
Rick
Gary,
Awesome Seats!  We got to talk to the players and my son got some autographs during batting practice.  If that wasn't enough, we listened to you and made friends with the ball guy on the field before the game and the very first foul ball, he looked for Josh and threw the ball to him.  Thank you for an amazing experience.
